Firefighters reach 100 percent containment of Bull Gulch Fire Cañon City, Colo. –Fire crews have completely contained the Bull Gulch Fire. The 76 acre fire is located nine miles northeast of Cotopaxi in Fremont County. Crews will monitor the area throughout the week. The public should be aware that light smoke may be seen within the fire’s perimeter for several days. No structures were lost as a result of this fire. The cause of the Bull Gulch Fire is lightning.
